Default can anyone read this japanese sticker?

hi all,

I would love to know what this sticker means the timing belt cover of my 93 wrx.

It looks like it says summot about 10,000 miles, but belts last longer than that?

The car has 40,000 miles if that helps. I have no clue if the belt has been changed before hence the question, in the hope that sticker may help.

it depends on what you value more, the price of a belt, or the price of a large repair when the belt goes.

Its a pretty easy job if your reasonably handy wi the spanners
