Default HELP PLEASE! smoke on idle!!

hi guys

just noticed when i stopped to see a mate that after a minute idleing my car started to smoke looks like blue/white colour!!after a blip on the throttle it stopped, had it serviced 2 months ago all ok except was told cam cover gaskets were damp!!
have recently changed the backbox and a couple of days ago put a fuel system cleaner thru petrol tank.
could it be
head gasket?
turbo?
piston rings?
valves?

anything else

any and all help/suggestions greatly appreciated

regards

nick

Is their smoke coming from your bonnet scoop? If your rocker gasket is leaking it will smoke from below the turbo and it can be seen from the scoop. Not a particularly big job. How high is your oil level?
