Default Carbon weight savings and spoilers

I've been thinking about getting a Seibon bonnet and boot for my classic, but mainly to save weight.

Does anyone have any figures on how much?

For the same reason i'm thinking about ditching my spoiler even though I quite like it I do also like classics without them as well, do they produce enough down force to be considered essential for fast road/track use?
