Question New seats-Help needed!

Ok fitted a set of spec c seats into my wrx. 10/10 improvement btw. So i disconnected the seat air bags cos the new seats dont have them in the new seats but now the airbag warning light is up now (which i expected) but how do i cancel this? Short the wires or fit a resistor (what ohms?) help would be appreciated! Cheers

Ollie

3 Ohm resistors should be what you need.

I did this on the Forester, was dead easy.

Get some resistors from Maplins, 3 ohm sounds right from memory. Fold the wires over double and insert them into the connector for the airbags, bit of electrical tape to keep it all secure and Bobs your proverbial..
