Constant sunshine, Castlemaine 4X and Vectra VXR8 awaits my transfer to Perth, Australia in about 11 weeks time
Need to sell the 55 plate wrx (standard) in obisidian black, 16k miles, as new condition. What should I be looking for in private sale? Prices seem to vary between Autotrader & Pistonheads etc etc between £10k and £13k.

If i were you i wouldnt worry to much about what i got for the car because i would love to be in your position of getting out of this crap country that i can only see getting worse.Id be gone tommorrow but the wife wont have any of it whilst her parents are still alive.On the other hand my parents have said if they were younger they wouldnt hesitate in getting out of this country.

 

Lived in Perth for the whole of my teens, great place to live then, hope it's just as good for you mate

yeah, unfortunately the rest of my family moved back here and I joined them. Had I known then what a tishhole this country would end up I would have remained there. Hindsight is such WONDERFUL thing.

Australia is wonderful, trouble is 20 million Australians live here...lol. Perth is currently enjoying 41-42c heat. All the best with your move, I guess you're in the mining industry?

 

No oil industry. Can't wait!! Work is paying for all relocation costs, rent on house for 3 years, car allowance and fuel card (hence the VXR8)
