Need help gearbox/clutch
Need help on this one.
This problem has just started. Im having problems selecting gears, all gears.
It doesnt matter if the gearbox is cold or hot. Ive to be heavy handed to get it into gear at times, third and reverse is the worst. There is no clutch slip at all, no smell of burning clutch. The clutch bite is about an inch of the floor, but its like the clutch is either on or off no in between. If you try to ride on the clutch, you get a judder until you release it. Same if you go down the gears and you are slow in taking your foot of the clutch pedal.
Ive ordered some Castrol Syntrax 75w-90 Gear Oil 4Litres semi-syn see if this helps.
Anything else that comes to mind what might be at fault.

Sonds like the clutch is done for.
The clutch is dragging on the flywheel as you have the peddal down so the input shaft is still 'connected' to the engine speed, thus the extreme difficulty in engagement in all gears.
With the engine off, can you engage all the gears ok (without force etc)?
This test ensures the gearbox input shaft is stationary and only the gearbox mechanism is having any influence on the gear selection.
If so, then it is a new clutch for you I'm afraid.(but try bleeding the clutch properly first)

Get a light flywheel from API and a clutch kit too as a package.
Take the lot to a reasonable garage and the job is done and you will have a nice set-up.
