I'm thinking of fitting/making a kit up but wonder if its worth the effort and if so, where's the best location points to earth on the engine and chassis? Pics would be handy

if you want pics of where mine is connected i'll sort that out for you,i did notice mine doesnt have as many wires as the monstermodz one tho

 

Eye, does look a pro setup but £35 notes when I've got decent think copper cable and can make it myself...maybe. They all seem to be the same and route all the cables to one point and then earth that point. I can see why but does it really make the idle better?

 

I'd suggest making one yourself. A couple of leads from the battery one to body and one to the engine block. Ive done this myself.

 

Can't say for sure if it makes any difference but for the minimal cost involved it's got to be worth it especially as the standard battery to body cable is very thin

You need more than just one to the engine and one to the block.

 

There will be because ofcourse the o/e one will still ramain. This is ofcouse one lead that supplies both the body and the block/gearbox

 

In my experience no,they just look pretty. I fitted one about a year ago & it did nothing apart from get in the way.
