Default safe fuel pressure?

off to get another remap soon, but i have to drive to approx 75 miles to get there. Quite major changes too; fmic, turbo, induction, injectors, FPR etc etc. The car is running very rich (backfiring at approx 1500rpm on ever gear change), now I've been advised i can use my FPR to lean the car out a little to make the car run better for the duration of the journey...what's sort of pressure will be safe?

its a MY00, 550cc injectors and a Fuellabs FPR currently running around 3.8bar at (a very lumpy idle).

Cheers,
Ian

give your mapper a call.

I'd try 3 bar and see how it goes

I've left him a VM this morning...

I was thinking trying somewhere between 2.5 and 3bar so lets see what the general consensus is...

take it down 0.1 bar at a time and see the soonest point at which the popping disappears. ?? then drive it off boost to the mapper.
