It's your car dude. 
If that's the look your after and you like it, then keep it that way. I just personally would like either all black or all red, just my personal view. Still a nice car you got there mate.
Personally I like the red, quite rare to see red scoobs these days.
Drastic measure to change the whole car colour!

I say keep it as it is (apart from colour coding the roof vent and fog's).
It's still unusual to see a red Scoob, even more so a 'classic'
