Default insurance postcode calculator

does anyone have the link for the site which tells you how much your insurance is loaded according to your postcode?

i've done a quick search but can't seem to find it

Not really sure how accurate this is anyway. My postcode is a C, but when doing a quote for my mates postcode (Same area, different number, same rating) my quote go's up loads. Also tried it for my local A rated area and it went up again!

Agree with the accuracy thing

My gf's parents live in one of the most expensive areas of Sheffield, with houses around the £300-£600K mark, low level of crime etc, and this is banded as a 'Refer'

Lol, our house is in a much worse location and is an 'F'

this calculator is totally useless and incorrect! area ratings are individual to each different underwriter and these ratings change constantly! except liverpool and london they're always through the roof..

I live in an affluent area of Buckinghamshire and it is rated as a C, yet Bracknell is rated as B.

just because they live in a rich area and there is low crime doesnt necessarily equate to it being a low risk
