Plus the fact when they do claim the overall value is higher than someone with no possession in a rough area. Hence making it a higher risk (financially) area

Its not right that site! I live in the LOWEST insurance postcode in the country yet its only a B on there. My Girlfriend works with AA insurance and even she says its all wrong!
