is it worth adding aftermarket cams to my 2003 sti jdm heads?? will there be much of an advantage over the standard cams ??? and will they create more lag or eliminate some ?? just i like the idea of some new cams

At what level would the standard STI cams do up until. Surely unless going up to 500 the STI ones would be fine and money better spent elsewhere. I stand to be corrected and put in my place though

Steves car IS at that level, hence why he is considering them to give him a little bit more.

So you could say that the STI cams will be good enough for 500 but then changing them would be the best idea.

Following on from this, what are the limit of sti5 cams?

And would verniers on the standard cams make a worthwhile difference?
