Default Andy F's scooby

Can anyone on here or maybe Andy himself either point me in the right direction to find, or tell me the spec list of his impreza?, just wanted to know the list of engine parts, gearbox, electrics etc? not to the exact part so as to copy it, but just general list, as i am building a car and am struggling to even get close in theory to andy's or zens scoob power
thanks

Closely guarded secrets that Andy will be keeping to himself

Although i hear Andy ate a Porkpie the other day and had to do numbers 2's to get rid of it because it increased his and the cars weight too much

andy and paul have their specs mentioned on their websites but its all in the tuning for how they drive why would you want to build a car with succh power ??? go an east route and stay with 500ish

thanks for all the replies, i guessed it was a bit hush hush, and that does make sense, but i had to ask! I wanted to build a car with that much power because i wanted a challenge, but i think i have underestimated the work and time that goes into these cars, money could also be a problem eventually, or at least slow the project, i think 500+bhp at the fly would be a good start.

A few people seem to be geting good results from the MD321T. That would make a very nice road car and alot cheaper then going rotated.

Hi renno, i have been enquiring about the T and H versions of that turbo over the last few days, and have heard nothing but good reports about them, especially over the choice between tdo5/6 20g , the md321 seems to win hands down.

nice chief thanks, but then zen is promoting its own stuff in that list dont you think?, is that really the true list of what has been done to that car? probably is, there is no reson to doubt it but the question is there to be asked.

Id imagine the parts are uprated or made by other manufactors and just speced by Zen rather then off the shelf stuff hence the Zen injectors are prob a modified spray patteren or flow or something along those lines. But the spec looks pretty clear to me

if money is a problem even a 500bhp car will run expensive as i can tell you from experience !!! rotated turbo adds lots of extra ££££ when compared with a standard fit !!! pmsl 500bhp at the fly will be a good start going well over that figure is gonna stress loads of parts out which you never even thought of !!!

just out of curiousity !! what turbo do you run now and at what bar/psi ?????

I'd be amazed if even Andy knew what power the car is putting out. He probably couldn't care less as the only figures he'll be interested in are the ET's and the speed trap times.

I guess if you need to know how much power you've got you already know it's not enough.
