Just doing a between service change and wondering if its ok...

Looked up in the book in halfords and reccomended it, however not sure if its fully synthetic.

Help please! MY96 UK with some choice mods....

Just my 2P worth...
Based upon many threads upon this BBS it would seem that if you drive your pride and joy 'quite hard' or is 'heavily modified' the trends seem to be on the following oils:

Millers CFS 10W-60
Castrol RS 10W-60
Motul 300V 15W-50

These oils are well suited to Turbo Scoobs. Anything else may be risky dependant on abuse/use.
