Unless its just me the move has almost stopped this bbs in its tracks, it takes an age to change pages, Trend keeps reporting an "unauthorised" site, before the change I had almost instant page switch and no odd messages, should I be changing any settings to improve this ?

Very annoying and not limited to just one machine.

I cannae help really Bob, but suffice to say i too use Trend and have never had any warnings pop up for this BBS. Since the switch i find it faster for me generally. I am on ntl broadband, and the only simple thing i could suggest is trying a different proxy server? If you are ntl there is a long list of proxy servers here:-

It may be worth just trying that to start?

 

I use BT, just had it upgraded but nothing else is a problem, very weird, I'll try changing the proxy server about and see.

Yep:

Over the last 4 days at work the Snet has ground to a '2 minutes/change' when it wae 2 seconds.
At home all is well (sometimes does the same thing)
On another PC at work it works at high speed!
