Default NOISE WHEN CHANGING GEARS

Hi need advice I own a Sti Type R classic and when im changing gears all is good However When changing gears at high revs and coming off pedal Fast i hear a loud very painful Thud from the rear.. I know on alot of ralley cars they have Diff Mounts is this the same with these??
Also if not What is it??
and how do i fix it??

It's more than likely the rear diff winding up- come off the clutch a tiny bit slower to reduce the shock through the transmission.

is there no otherway cos unfortunatly when going some i cant help changing gears Fast and hence letting go rapidly
Any idea of how to fix it? or price on replacement?????

if you put it in reverse and jolt the car backwards do you get a knock then? if so it's probably the rear diff front beam bushes worn.

i will give that a go tomorrow. But in motion forward it doesnt do it at all even if your going fast BUT its when you let go pretty fast to change gear when i happens. I used to own a GT4 and they had similar noise but was the Diff mount! however that would always be there even if your at low revs and slow changes!
I hope its somthing simple!

SCOOBYBOY i did what you said and Yes it still makes the noise in reverse.
Where do i get em from and how much?
