Default NEED MORE BURBLE!!!

Had my MY06 STI (type UK) for just over a week now!

My only grumble is the lack of burble!!

If I change the back box, will this sort it??

Thinking of fitting a Prodrive backbox? Quite liked the sound from my previous MY53 WRX PPP!

Help!!

ive only jus had a blitz nur spec fitted because i also wanted the burble (03 sti ppp) its sounds AWSOME

if it does get a bit intrusive in the cabin , jus stick the bung in.

Sorry mines a JDM

You may find a lot of the loss of sound is due to the rear resonator box, before the silencer looks like a snake that swallowed a Hot water bottle

Tony

Ps
I've had a Miltek full system fitted mine

I didn't think you could buy just the back box from PPP, I thought you had to buy the whole package including the ECU upgrade and hoses ?

No but just like T5NYW said just changing the back box will not give you the burble, you need to change the centre section before the back box as well.

I have PPP fitted with new centre section and back box and can confirm the burble is back
