Scam Scam Scam
Just put his address on a few dodgy sites for daily pics. If we're wrong he gets some free ****...if we're right he gets some free **** and doesn't rip off a Scoobynetter. Everyone's a winner...no one gets ripped off

Nobody buys a car in a saturated market without bothering to look at it. And they rarely discuss payment methods early in the process.

If he had said his father was from Scotland, it may have been a bit more convincing (as there are plenty of people with that surname from Scotland - they're famous up there).

He is saying he will get the draft from a bank local to you. So why can't somebody meet you at your own bank with the cash? You could also say that you will require verification from the bank that it is legitimate, before handing over the car and that may take up to three weeks.

He's in Sweden, why would he want to rush the purchase? And even so, why buy a right-hand drive, when there are plenty of left-hookers in Europe. We don't all rush out to buy left-hookers to drive here.

lets identify the scamerooney shall we...

1) last price offered, (w*nker, tell him you want a million!!)

2) Crap grammar, Now i know im not the best speller on SN but even a doped up chimp could do better than that!!

3) really in sweden, (my a*rse)

4) phone barred from international calls, and going to use a payphone, again w*nker, if you cant afford internatiomnal on a mobile, you aint going to afford one on a payphone.

5) bankers draft / international transfer, Stolen and will be recalimed against you by the bank

6) 2 stupid email addresses, more scammerooney tattics..

dont get sucked in and dont fall for it...

saying that, i do have two winning tickets on the global hyper lottery, which i entered via an online company last year, and they have finally tracked me down to claim my winnings

Default Thanks

Thanks for all your replies... sometimes when one is in a position to be taken advantage of... its best to get a 2nd opionion...

Even when people come to view the car I don't feel comfortable because you give your address so they know exactly where you live... where the car lives and who knows what can happen...

Thanks again all.
