New age, MY01/02 is 215bhp (218ps), MY03 onwards is 222bhp (225ps) (uk cars)
Now if your talking classics, need model year, and type (saloon/wagon).

Wink

260ps with optimax and octane booster, the my97's had 280ps, 92-94 were 240ps, 95/6 were 260ps, 97-00 were 280ps.

Tony

PS www.sidc.co.uk and look under faq's, has all the power ratings there
Power prob lower with optimax only, its going to be retarding the timing to compenstate for not having the 100 ron fuel its mapped for.

As already stated; 260PS. A & B Series cars were rated at 240PS, C Series cars were 260PS and D Series cars were 280PS. All automatic Saloons were 220PS using the engine and TD04 turbo out of the 'Wagons. D Series onwards 'Wagons produced 240PS.

Using Optimax then Id be surprised to see much over 220-230BHP max. When people advertise the cars as having 280BHP its usually a good indication that they should be avoided..........

The power outputs Ive listed are for Japanese domestic market vehicles; European market vehicles have a similar output to UK cars.
