Smile Huge thanks to Scoobyclinic

After only recently buying my scooby I thought I best give it a full service so had it booked in at scoobyclinic. After eventually finding the place (yes...i went into the wrong farm) the car was straight up on the ramps and in no time they showed me it needed more than just a service. After talking to adam and kev it was decided to leave the scoob in their very capable hands, so we were given a loan car (the beast of a legacy) and sent on our way.

After receiving several update phone calls I got the good news the car was finished and ready for collection today. Arrived to be greeted by adam who soon showed us the huuuggeeee list of work and jobs they had done on the scoob, they showed me all the parts that were taken off my car and replaced and could see everything genuinly needed replacing (I know some garages will just replace parts that dont need replacing, but none of this at the 'clinic', I even rang midweek saying I thought the fuel pump needed to be replaced only to be told no its been checked and its fine - they could have said yes it needs doing and got more money out of me, but they didnt!)

After sorting out a great price with them, got in the car and what a difference, cant describe how big an improvement it was compared to when it went in, even my dad noticed the huge improvement. Engine ran so much smoother, handles perfect etc etc etc

Cant thank everyone at scoobyclinic enough for there service and work they did on my scoob! I 'll definatly be back, as soon as the bank balance has recovered, for a remap and whatever else im tempted to buy when im there (damm accessory room, full of defi toys).

Cheers guys

Ben

It's a sad indictment of today's society that we are completely overwhelmed when a Garage does its job like a professional setup ought to.

Glad you are happy with you new and improved STI!

It is not nice when people come to us with a fresh purchase and we have to give you bad news But it is very nice to hear that we have met/exceeded your expectations with the work we have carried out, thank you so much for your kind words.

I will tell the lads you are happy!

see you soon.

A very valid comment.

In the past 15 years of my driving life there are very few garages that have completely satisfied me. Whether it's been oil or grease on something inside or leaving bolts out or nuts off, there has normally been something wrong with their workmanship that I have paid good money for.

When people do provide a first class service I feel they should be rewarded with our praise (at least), regardless of what trade it is.

People shouldn't accept less than perfect from any business, but many do to keep the peace. The law says we cannot say anything bad about those second-rate businesses, but we can give our open praise those who give us a first-class service.
