Hey,
Saw this in Holdcroft Subaru (Widnes) this afternoon. Looks nasty, according to a salesman the owner of this one rolled it an only 40mph.

40mph. "yeah right" you can't get a wrx onto 3 wheels at 60, let alone flip a sti at 40

The paper thin panels on the Subaru Impreza didn't take kindly to the new 'heavy duty' sponge from JML

it'll end up as a rally car i'd imagine, cos it'd be fully stripped and rebuilt anyway.

I would say it is quite possible that it could end up back on the road, after all most of the damage is only the cosmetic panels Doors, Bonnet. Wings etc...
The actual structure of the car looks to have stood up well, just as they are designed to !!

Its not been a very high speed impact as the glass is still ok, when you have a big roll the first thing to go is the glass as the shell twists. Rear wing looks ok too. I reckon it was a low speed roll onto soft ground, into grass or something. If you roll over without a cage at anything above 30 or 40mph the roof will just let go.
