front splitter does make a huge difference imo. worryingly some might say they are trying to make it more evo looking.

I read its because the new front end is more aerodynamic and doesn't push the air as high over the front of the car as the 'old' models, so no need for a big scoop to try and grab some of that air.....

I heard it was something to do with the laws. apparently the my03-05 sti scoop was so big it reduced your chances of living if you got hit by 1 big time. the car must have only had a 1 or 2 star rating from the front in a crash test

Yep your right, it's the Pedestrian crash test they are improving, USA are particulary fussy and is now a large market

I can't say I think the car's a design classic, but it's certainly far more appealing then something like a standard bugeye. The front is a molested Leon, the back is.........well, just molested.

I've never really been into the new age scoobs looks wise, does anyone have the spec sheet to hand for the Spec C?

i have seen all sorts of these race cars(yellow ones). but can never find where they show the races. i know the black one is jtcc. but where can i see the races with the yellow cars. some times on motors tv you get scoobies and evos racing on the v8 supercar tracks i think its gt performance series. but have never seen a race featuring the yellow ones.
