Strip out the interior m8. Costs nothing and much more benificial than adding bhp.

Cool

..get a noisy VTA dumpvalve fitted - should take around half a second of your 0-60 without even trying IMHO!

You will benefit from a full de-cat. Not much point having the car mapped/chipped before that. Dont know anything about superchips but I wouldnt fit anything that 'takes away the redline'.

don't superchip.

if you want that kind of upgrade, then depending on your location, get an apexi power fc.

If in scotland, speak to andy forrest, if in england then speak to pavlo (paul blamire), or possibly patrick herborn, though I am not sure that he does pwer fcs, despite being able to map anything.

There are 2 main ways to improve your 0-60 times

1. Be totally mechanically unsympathetic, learn how to launch it properly (something along the lines of side stepping the clutch at 5k and planting the throttle). This should get you to 60 in about 4.5-5.0 seconds.

2. Spend loads of money on a new ecu (not superchips), decat exhaust and other bits. Have loads of power but still not launch properly and you'll get 6-7 seconds 0-60.

Oh and since you have just bought the car I assume you know that since its a Jap import unless it has already been remapped, you need to run it on Optimax and a good octane booster as it is mapped to run on 100RON fuel.

Dave.
