Great race but I wish they would sort out the rules. Been watching F1 religiously for 12 years, (22 now) and this is the first season that doesn't float my boat.
1) You don't get to see the final qualifying that decides the grid for the race, wheres the sense in that??
2) After about 20 laps, drivers are now having to nurse their cars.
3) F1 is supposed to be the 'pinnicle' of motorsport, but with the new engine and tyre rules, it seems like any other 'budget' formula.
4) one lap qualifying is NOT fair, regardless of what anyone says. Now the drivers and teams basically take a ticket and hope their numbers come up.
5) Knackered tyres with no grip at the end of the race, does not encourage over-taking.
6) How is the one engine/2 weekends rule saving money when the teams are having to develop 2.4l V8's for next year?
Rant over.

Totally agree, IMO there is going to be less overtaking/racing this season. The whole thing is false and even less exciting.
Maybe they should get one of those ticket dispensers they have at Sainsbury's deli counter..!

So you change the rules to stop someone winning. Name a sport where this happens other than F1. Ferrari were winning because they were doing the best with what they had, other teams lost because they didn't. Jorden showed what could be done in 1999 with frentzen who, with 2 races to go, was an outside championship contender, running on probably 10% of the top teams budgets!
In reality, unless you change the rules back to 2002 spec, no one can say that they have actually beaten schumi, which is a shame.
Everyone races at the same time, why can't they qualify at the same time??
Fans want to see the best of best battling it out on the track at the front, not coming from the back of the grid because they had a technical problem causing them to change engines 2 days before.
Nothing in F1 makes sense now.
Give me a wet fish to slap Mr Mosley around the chops with!!!

F1.
Dull dull dull!
Stopped watching a couple of years ago (although saw the start this morning whilst feeding my newborn).
Wish that ITV pushed the WRC as much. THEY have the best drivers in the world in my opinion.
