i rang them and they said they are not confirming any online orders but will just ship them out a few weeks prior to the event.
what a bunch of plonkers.
i got my order ref over the phone, i suggest you do the same.

I agree, crap organisation. 
I ordered mine and have not heard anything, apart form them charging my card!
Does anyone know any more about this Cardiff Super Special on the Thursday? Will it be the first x000 ticket holders like it was at Silverstone??
If so, how will you know if you qualify?
