Cool B R Developments Tek 3 + freeflow upgrade

Hi guys

considering above and would welcome all feedback from customers with experience of above mods on Blobeye Sti

Also how for example it is rated by comparison with TSL T333 similar mods

Similarly, has anyone got ins cover for full de-cat system - plse feel free to pm

Any reliable before and after RR results?

They seem happy to use induction kits or Grp N STi Panel - what about MAF - I have read many comments warning against this mod

I wouldnt go open induction kit however due to noise.

How loud is their full decat 3" compared to Prodrive std ex. system?

Yep second that for Bob Rawle, he remapped my Type R and there was a very noticeable difference. Wouldn't take a Scoob anywhere else Unfortunately I have been demoted to a Civic Type R now, but come the day I get another Scoob I will be paying Mr Rawle another visit.

well i cannot recommend, tsl conversion highly enough. their 333 conv is awsome, gavin and the lads, talk you through the whole process. asking what kind of driv'ability you want etc.if you dont want too loud a rear box, go for their group n, still sounds awsome, but not tiring. also the torque the 333 producies makes my sti v7 pull like a train, plus you can tinker around then floor it and its all there pulling away, im still grinning like the local village idiot.there is a lot of choice and i shopped around, and went for the best, good luck mate, webby

Prodrive don't seem to recommend the 333 on the standard turbo though, something about working outside of the safety zone...

If i were going to have my car re mapped i'd go to see Bob Rawle. I've not heard of anyone having any problems with his work and the people i've spoken to speak very highly of him.

big recommedation for bob rawle here too. 275bhp/330lbft torque! from a decatted my99 uk turbo.
pulls all the way from 3000 rpm, and never stops

Another vote for Bob for here.... he doesn't just map the car, but he takes the time to check for other smaller details around the engine that normally get ignored/never get noticed.

Bob has my vote too

He spent 3 hours mapping my blob STI, and would not let me go home until he was 100% happy with everything.

Danny, if memory serves, Prodrive argued that the WR1 is about as far as you can go reliably (power-wise) with the standard turbo and injectors......but I guess they would say that wouldn't they! ;-) Given that there work is covered by warranty, they probably have very large safety margins though.

Best.
