I'd have said that price is about right.

My non-PPP MY03 STi with 17's is valued about £19,000.

It's a '53 plate too.

If its the Black car and I might be wrong but should it not have a larger rear spoiler if its an STI UK.

Plus have you seen the price of the Monte Carlo Excort Cosworth 1994 M plate £24995 Bloody hell

Birdy,

Not sure about the STI, but the company is affectionately known as Junkyard 28. They may have improved over the last few years, but have sold tat in the past.

Sorry Arron I don't know the car in question.

All I can say though is I bought my MY03 STi with 8,000 miles on the clock. It was 5 months old at the time. I paid £20,500.

That's some scary depreciation for the previous owner.

I think it's the blue Blobeye he's after. However had the same thought about the bugeye STi but then remembered it was only the Prodrive Style that had the big spoiler.

But can't you tell the difference between the interior of the Monte and the £2.5k CL model?

I bought an import celica GT4 from them and the block had a crack in it. They refused to pay anything to fix it do anything about it.

But thats just my experience.

Default Be careful

I've bought a car from there about 5 months ago, needless to say the air con went the radiator went the exhaust went and I had 5 punctures in the same tyre which was a result of a cracked alloy.

However, the worst thing that happened was after 2 weeks of owning the car I had a flat tyre on the M1 late at night. So unloaded the boot for the spare wheel couldn't find the wheel brace. When I agreed a sale for the car it was def there, but part of the agreement was that they would put two new tyres on the car which they did but they didn't put back the wheel brace. As a result it cost me £135 for a call out truck to come and change my tyre, when I spoke to them on the following day they said they would try and help me out with the cost and would try and find the missing wheel brace. After waiting for a reply I phoned them and they told me that they couldn't find the wheel brace and tried to isist that it might be in the car somewhere. When I told them that I had stripped the car looking for it they isisted that they definiately didn't have it and were now refusing to compensate me any money for my trouble on the motorway they also said that they would replace the wheel brace and tried to get me to travel a 60 mile round trip to fetch it. To which I nearly blew the roof especially as I knew the salesman that I had dealt with lived no more than 2 miles from my address and said that he could drop it off. Have I received the wheel brace have I ****!!

Sorry for the long story but my advice is to not buy anything from that **** hole.
