Bedford, Milton Keynes areas WATCH OUT!
My mate, who lives just up the road from me was broken into whilst he, his wife and 2 young children slept.
The thieving BAST**DS took the keys to his brand new van and year old X5 and stole the vehicles. The van has been recovered now, but no sign of the X5. It is black, with 22" wheels if you spot one where it may not belong.
The Police have told him that there has been a spate of thefts of expensive / high powered vehicles in the area, BEWARE!

 

This is becoming just too common place

 

Makes you scared to have nice cars these days

Is does indeed, always hide your spare keys when your out. When in, keep your keys near you or in a similar hidden place i.e. not on a key tray or hook.

Fortunately, car security is good enough to prevent 'most' thieves making off with your car if they haven't got the keys. This is why car-jacking and breaking intohomes to get them is all the more common.

You are right in what you say though.

 

The X5 was found yesterday, the front end has been stripped and anything left, all panels etc have been scratched. SCUMBAGS!
