It's bizarre just how many of these limited editions find themselves for sale. Only 1000 P1's were ever made, yet there's nearly 50 for sale on Auto Trader right now!

ps. there are only 10 RB5's for sale out of a run of 444 - any suggestions as to why the discrepancy?

Seems odd that dealers have new cars on their forecourts when people who have ordered one (and paid a deposit) are still waiting. I was told they were only supplying cars to confirmed orders atm...

My dealer told me that the ordering procedure was deliberately difficult to stop dealers trading cars to non franchised dealers, hence photocopying driving licence , utility bill etc. One way that a dealer could have a WR1 in stock is if the customer could'nt afford to pay when the car arrived.

Yes, but it would still be registered.

If these car's are in-fact part of the UK WR1's then how was the performance packs and the changes ProDrive do are done????????????
Some how I don't think they are UK WR1's as we know.
what numbers are these cars ?

Sounds to me they are imports of some kind

Please remember that the car HAS to be REGISTERED before Prodrive start on the car, so watch out as this is not a Subaru dealer and I expect did not get the car via the correct channels.

I called them to see what the score was. Basically the car isn't registered. They suggest they could supply the car in August.

How many WR1's haven't been sold?
