Looks just like a slightly modified import STi-0 to me. You can tell because it has the same body shape but the specially desgined white wall wheels are for the UK market.
Notice the different air intake into the intercooler too. It saves 1Hp at 30Mph over the standard STi-0. You can also see the prototype orangle flecks on each side of the front spoiler. To conform to special common market regulations they have had to be painted yellow.
The interior was also redone in a tasteful white, orange and brown formica style finish.
It was also 6000 sheep more expensive too.
