I'm trying to remove the rear clusters on a MY97 UK, (although I don't think that makes a difference!)

I've undone all the bolts on the back of the clusters, but it doesn't want to shift!!

Any hints or tips???

Cheers

Andy, these are held in place with the some sealant that holds the windscreen in place. So lots of pulling and pushing.

Good Luck

I found that the best way to do this is to get a wedge shaped piece of wood and knock this into the join (inside the car) on the outer most part of the light cluster (where the single bolt is on the bendy bit of the light).

Also, it was easier with two people.

One word of warning, make sure all the black gue stuff is all the way around the cluster when replaced and do not overtighten the bolts, very easy to shear.

Cheers

Dave
