Default rear camber bolts

does anybody make rear camber bolts for the impreza that dont need you to elongate the holes to fit? if not are the ones that you elongate to fit, easy to fit? how do you elongate the holes?

the ones i was supposed to be buying from ebay are not going to happen due to the seller being a jockey de la ****.

I bought some from e-bay, brand new from the States and cost me £17. Posted as a gift. They can be bought in this country for about £25-30. I've not fitted mine but if you e-mail 911 he'll be able to tell you about fitting.

I bought/fitted the Whiteline camber bolts. My struts are AVO coil-overs. The bolts were a slip fit into the hubs/struts, no filing slots and suchlike at all.
Had the geometry done and there it was, 2.5 deg neg camber on the rear, and 4 neg in the front (radical!).
The fitting is very simple, instructions are easy, Demon Tweeks/Power Station TEG supply/fit them and it is the only way to do the job!
If you fit them in both top and bottom holes the gains are even more (too Radical!!).
Check out www.whiteline.com.au

jta, get in that garage!
the bolts fitted to each corner enables the chassis man a full range of adjustment not available in the stock parts. The negative camber with an ALK will be nice on the road. For serious effect you need adjustable top mounts to dial in a lot of CASTER as well as camber. Then it all becomes alive. I think the latest Type C is along these lines and possibly the wonderful Litchfield Type 25.
Tight or sweeping bends with no understeer really can be a reality!

You know it makes sense, Stock is nice, Modified is better!

Cheers 911,
Will get back to it at the weekend I think.
Will look at changing the top mounts me thinks.
Not suspension again! wots the chances of it staying on the car over a month? LOL
Jt
Might even get the diff mounts out and make sure their OK. Then put them back in the box.
Cant be harder than the front wishbone bushes? I hope!!!!!!!

The front wishbone bushes are just to get you trained-up for the diff mounts. The diff mounts are SERIOUS work, and I've done mine (all FOUR of them) and they are hard work unless you take the WHOLE rear end apart or are really patient!
Doing the whole rear end as i did is a major piece of work, never again for me!
