Default Just had Vortex fitted :)

Hi guys,

Just had my Afterburner Vortex fitted as a replacement for my Magnex. Purchased through NelsonUK, many thanks again, a purchase through scoobynet that went through very promtly without hassle in my opinion.

I will get some pics up when i give the car a clean at the weekend. Had 4 Toyos fitted just now and whilst there asked them if they would swap the zorst's over, needless to say they all stood round waiting for the key to be turned

It sounds lovely, i've got a magnex resonated centre as well but curtousy of someone else on here thats being replaced with a straight through hoepfully in the next few days. Sounds a little deeper than the magnex at tickover but put your foot down and it bloody howls. Gonna give the car a proper blast at lunch so if you hear some loon driving around bracknell at 12 ish

Once again, many thanks Karl

No worries mate - pleasure doing business with you

The Vortex really does sound superb IMHO - just the right sound for a Scoob and it looks good too....

...you will really notice an improvement in performance aswell, especially around 4000/5000 rpm.
Be warned if you have a striaght thru' unresonated centre section it will drone on cruising. You might want to consider a decat down pipe if you haven't already got one.

The sound it makes when you floor it is blistering to say the least.

smurfy.
