Don't know about standard, but according to my cherished favourite dealer, it is the best system they know as it is well established.
They heavily recommend it above all others. Apparently it is based on the phillips
car-in system.

Any P1 owners had the VDO Dayton Sat Nav system option fitted? Is it any good?
