Hi people,

well i have been searchin for months for the right car, and a decent forum to post on :-) just before xmas i left a deposit for a year 2000 impreza turbo, its dark blue, has the 17 OZ super tourismo alloys(dark grey), NUR Spec exhaust (think thats the right name, please correct me if im wrong) and scoobysport dumpvalve, P1 front splitter and a few other goodies such as clear lenses front and side and turbo timer. The previous owner has also upgraded the brakes with drilled and grooved discs front and back, i wish i could remember the make of these but the reciepts were around £600 for the front discs alone. The car has just covered 40,000 and i collect it saturday. Car has come with a lovely, unabused history. The car is immaculate, i cannot wait for collection. The only photo i have is the advert one, but not sure how to post it. :-(

Cheers Milo, i'm desperately tryin to recall the brake info, this might sound really silly but the hub part of the brake (just behind the wheel) was gold on the front ones, i bet theres loads like that isnt there?

Welcome and enjoy the car
Make sure it stays on the blackstuff long enough to make it through to summer and then enjoy some more.

Crappy pics there Christian, but now on the Members Gallery for your viewing pleasure.

The wheels look like they're off a P1.

You have an email also

Could be Wilwood. By the way, don't use drilled discs on track as they will crack around the holes, fine on the road though. Only "holy" discs suitable for track use have cast in holes (a la Porsche/ Movit). Still as they're two piece you can easily just put grooved rotors on when you wear these ones out, if you want to go on track

Welcome aboard I have a my99 probably same dark blue with de-cat and a few other mods but nothing as expensive as yours sounds like a top motor. Had mine 9 months and still look forward to getting in it as much as the first day.

I live in the Maidenhead area in the south east, would anyone recommend a particular place to get my servicing done?
