Why dont you use it as a template and go to a tattooist and have it tattood on the back your left hand, just a thought

I thought there may be somewhere "recommended" since it is an official dealer part, but I can't see anywhere obvious to place it.

 

seriously mate, I would leave it off the dash, might look a bit tacky, you dont really need it do you?
Unless you let your good lady drive then I would insist on having it tattood on her hand instead
