Hi Vivaldi

Why not buy the Subaru workshop manual for your car? You can buy from your local dealer.

To improve your know ledge as well there is a book on the Impreza called "Training WRX". Whilst not a workshop manual it does give a lot of useful background info. on the car.

We can get you a copy if you like.

How much does the Subaru workshop manual cost from a dealer?

I've seen previous posts saying its very expensive but no one has quoted a price.

The price increases as the the year of your target vehicle increases, i.e you start off with a manual for an early car then keep adding supplements for each year after that.

A manual for a UK 99 works out abut £200 - a lot but for the commited enthusiast a worthwhile investment - before you all ask I am not sure about imports but believe that these are available.

Cool

Howdy..

The manuals for imports will be in Japanese..

UK manuals for the same year will show virtually the same mechnical details.. the wiring will be different though...

They have plenty of pics....so dont worry Pilchy... you wont have to learn to read..*sorry...couldnt resist*
