Cool

Hi all, I'm new on here, been visiting this site for weeks now getting bits of info, as I've been on the hunt for Scooby.
I currentley own a Ford Orion, but now the time has come to get rid...
http://www.ockwell.net/orion/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=8406&sid=940a507c963a5a8cb3d9e195c 09e6275
I've been looking for a couple of months now for a decent, fairly new uk spec car... and have managed to get my hands on a V-reg(99) 2000 awd turbo...
It's off a guy at work... and have agreed on a price of £9500.
which I think is pretty good...
It's in dark blue...40K on the clock, HPI clear. It's got cat 1 alarm/ immobilizer on it, Tracker... S/S exhaust system with de-cat, dump valve and air filter... the car also has a set of 17inch gold multi-spokes on... not sure what make...
I'm hoping to own it within the next couple of weeks, as he has said he'll hang onto it for me...
I'm just trying to sell the Orion to get the rest of the cash together...
Just thought I'd pop on and introduce myself really...

Thumbs up

Gday mate. You'll require some posh clinique anti wrinkle cream to smooth out all the smile lines that may develop whilst driving the car. Also you'll rack up tons of points on your shell loyalty card.
Fuel consumption.......heck is that the time, must be going! Enjoy mate, Subarus are great cars and the owners and peeps on scoobynet tend to be great too.

Best wishes,
Cal

Hi there scoobyslammed, I too am a scooby newbie, I have owned an STi Type R import for 4 years and recently changed to an STi8 Type UK, scoobies are the mutt's nuts but as curry monster says keep your wallet handy although no one buys a beast like that for an economical drive out in the countryside. If your like me you will idolise the car after only a short while. I hope to keep this one for a similar length of time and hope that Subaru don't go down the 'Greenie' road and spoil the car. Enjoy!!
