Just thinking about the things I do and know a lot of you out there do also ,like..
1. Taking up 2 parking spaces
2. Not going over 3000 revs untill shes warmed up
3. Cooling her down in the motorway petrol station
4. Not going anywhere near Tescos car park
5. Too much polishing / wheel cleaning
6. Waving to other Scoobies
7. Not letting my daughter eat crisps in the back
Etc
Etc
Etc......
Any more thoughts ?

under a microscope inspecting the sponge just before a good wash checking for grit/flys/ufo's just incase you scatch the paintwork

(or new sponge every wash)

or is that just me

must remember to renew the subscription to sponge weekly

Slapping a set of forest racers on and taking on the dirt track racers on a 1 mile circuit over a stubble field. It happened!

See autocross scoob in Scotland section.

Probably because some dumb bint in a 4X4 she can't drive properly will scrape it on the way in, bang her doors into it when she and her brood get out, then after doing her shopping will let her kids swing off your spoiler.
If anyone even looks at my car wrong I'm ready to let rip!

Not at all, I dont:

1. Let the kids drink or eat in the car unless its a long journey and said food / drink is 'safe'

2. Let the missus use the car when the petrol gauge is below 3/4

3. Park in public carparks unless I have the kids with me, then I use the parent bays (especially so at Sainsburys!)

4. Allow the missus to drive the car unless point 2 is satisfied or I'm pished

5. Allow the missus to parallel park the car (especially if theres a curb within 5 miles!!)

6. Let the kids wash the car

7. Let the missus put the car through a car wash

8. Let the missus drive the car on her own unless its to come and pick me up from the pub pished!!

Edited to say:

9. Park in the multi-storey unless I park between 2 other cars who are also season ticket holders (as they are likely to stay there all day and protect each side of my car from the miriad of shoppers who dont give a flying ****)

Peeps on here go way over the top on their cars...

I don't like driving hard after washing my car for a few days, don't like to get the rims messed up. But this is on any car I have driven so not just the scoobs. Taking the wheels off and doing this and that, all this nonense with fuel and RON and which wax and blah blah is all totaly b*llox!

Thumbs down

Scooby96, with that attitude, I am glad my Scoob is mine so I don't need to drive anyone else's.

If any bloke treated me like that, I'd ditch him.

By the way, why specify that your gf is not allowed to put the car through the car wash. Are you implying that this is something you do?

Whats this about lettin the woman drive ya scoobies,Are you all mad,I asked my other half to move mine ten foot down the drive so i could wash her fiesta and not spray crap all over mine and what happens.............. Nice long scratch down the o/s rear wing where she caught the gate post, now i ask you her fiesta is totally mint, not a blemish on it after six months so why did she feel the need to destroy my scooby the first time she steps foot in the drivin seat..........................

TK - I was being sarcastic, she doesnt like driving it anyway as its tooooooo loud

I dont like driving her Daewoo Esate !!!

As for the car wash comment - I had my MR2 T damaged by a car wash (Shell St Johns Rd Tunbridge Wells) so avoid them like the plague, however I dont think my gf has ever hand washed a car in her entire life.

Plus she admits she cant parallel park!

always maintained the rally look for last 2 scoobs.

had someone scribbled 'clean me'. didnt really care for the appearance coz bought it for the drive.

anyway, was paranoid in letting ppl smoke or eat inthe car though.
