before i get told to do a search as this has been answered 100`s of times i have and had no luck!!

I have the Br developments one bought last week on the group buy the bosch sensor has two pins inside but i only have one of the metal connectors to fit on one of the two cables brown/black / black.
which cable do i use does it matter which pin i connect to this is doing my brain in

Well after 2mins of using Search, I stumbled blindly

Suggests that only one wire to pin1 is required (doesn't matter which one), but someone then says you need both. I've never heard that only one is needed, but maybe Bob Rawle will set you straight.

well, it does and it doesn't.
it doesn't matter which wire goes to which pin. Brown/black can go to pin 1 and black pin 2 or the other way around.
The question is whether it'll work with one pin or not. I've never heard of anyone not using both pins - I certainly used both pins when I fitted mine.
You can buy an extra pin from Vehicle Wiring Products. There part# is "5962 - female terminal" and cost buttons (24p to be exact).

Bob would tell you for sure if one cables sufficient and I'd put money on it being pin #1 and any colour if it does.
