I had a 60k serivce done today and I noticed the engine coolant was not replaced. The coolant colour seems OK.
The coolant has not been changed since I have brought the car, ie not changed with the 45k service, not sure if it was changed with the 30k service.
Should I go back and ask them to change to coolant?

Coolant should be changed at the 30,000 and 60,000 mile service intervals, so yes, it should really have been done.

Is there like a shelf life with engine coolant. Does it loose its power after certain years?
