if you have free webspace (most ISPs give you some these days), you can just pop a jpeg up there, and go to the address on your phone - it should let you download it.

Just make sure its the right size for your phone (128x128 for Nokia colour phones) and fairly small (less than 15k)

 

I would consider buying the wallpaper but my phone can only display 32 colours

Dont some phones accept MMS picture messages even though they cant send them or take photos?
