just put the car in for an MOT and the only thing i was worried about was the emissions test as i have taken all the cats out but worry not it flew threw and i only drove 2 mile to the MOT garage so i didnt even have to warm the engine up as stated by some peeps

now ill not be so worried about road side emissions tests

 

I'd be a bit worried whether my ECU was fuelling the engine correctly, or maybe the checking system was not working correctly, in which case you should still be concerned about a roadside check.

No chance M8 normally, you either still have a cat or the emissions test results are screwy, I suggest everyone with a full decat pops along for an mot promptly!

 

Mine's just passed as well with a full decat system!!...well it is a MY92 import so it don,t need the cats.(not shown on the mot data base).
Results were.....

1.00 % CO
85 ppm hc
1.02 lamda

 

you can map a car to pass an mot with no cats
