Question

Having recently bought an elise S1 s160 i have a feeling i am gonna loose interest in it in a few months so have a dilema - what next ?

so far have in the last 7 years i have owned 3 integrale's, 2 Impreza turbo's, 1 porsche 944 s2, 1 clio cup nad now the Elise - do i have a problem or does everyone get bored/change this much ?

Where next ? budget is always no more than £17k.

Any suggestions/recommendations

We've had MR2,Renault 5 GT Turbo, Porsche 944 S2, 911 Turbo, Escort Cossie, Sapphire Cossie, 300zx, Pulsar GTIR, Lotus Esprit S4 Turbo (crap), Impreza P1...... this is in last five years. Yea ya just get bored, there's too many cars out there to try. Altho' I get bored with P1 sometimes until I get it out of the garage and then I remember how good it is.

Wink

A bugeye'd Type 'C' must be dropping more value than a P386 computer so must be in Range

Seat leon cupra 1.8 Turbo 180Bhp jobby and don't they do a smaller/ lighter model with a VW Turbo deisel.

Or just return to Classic cars like Lotus Cortina's, Rs Mk1Escorts , Mini Coopers 'S'(Old type)Etc.

Really depends on HOW competitive YOU wish to be
Thrills per Buck hard to call any car driven 105% should give you the same buzz IMHO

Enjoy

evo 6 must be in range at 17k, as you have allready had 2 impreza's, doubt you will lose much cash on it either as long as it is in one piece when its time to sell

Yep I'm always restles about cars to, try adding up how much you've spent/lost on all the deals, sometimes the reality check can slow you down, but not for long.

How about a Caterham 7 ??

Rgds
Neil

PS You didn't buy the S160 from Caterham by any chance did you ??
