Unhappy

After eight months of driving an RB5 bought 'as standard' only recently to discover a superchip add-on, the car has just had the superchip removed (good move I hear you say) and a standard ECU installed.
So, now I have my extended warranty back up and running but the Scoob feels noticably slower with less mid range punch.

Anyway I'm kind of sad that I've been grinning ear to ear for months thinking how fast a standard car is, and wondering why any of you would want to modify them only to discover that i've been driving a wolf in sheep's clothing and I miss that sustained shove in the back.

On the plus side though, the lumpy idle and occasional flat spot in 4th seem to have vanished - for now, so some silver lining.

Oh well. Keep waving y'all.

No one feel sorry for me?

I'll just have to feel sorry for myself then!

(No change from usual)

Why dont you get your ECU remaped ?
You can then have the power back but no one will ever be able to tell ...best of both worlds.
Orrrr get a PPP fitted

PPP a bit expensive for a 4 yr old model.
Re-map maybe later.
