More Than 2 Downloads At A Time In IE6 ?

When I'm 'Right-click, Save-As'ing in IE6, I can only download 2 files at a time 
If I get a third ready it just waits until one has already finished.
Is there a setting to change to adjust this ?
I use download managers, but do not want to in this case.
I'm using Version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920 btw.
