be aware that one called super is only 95ron? says it on the label, you need to go for the other one, which is 98ron. Cant remember the name, no doubt someone else will
But, on all petrol stations I went to in france, they all had either 95 or 98ron labelled so wasn't hard.

sans plomb means without lead, they are all called that.
I havnt seen a pump in France/Belgium/Germany etc that doesnt have the octane rating clearly marked, its easy to see what you need.
Main tip is look for the type of fuel pump, some are credit card pay at the pump only, so dont keep making the mistake of pulling up to the wrong group of pumps, you will soon suss out which is which.

All the garages out there have Sans Plumb 98 its the french equivalent to Optimax, I used tons of the stuff out there last year and its excellent, especially with a shot of NF too
