I have a friend who walks exactly like him - nicknamed Mr Soft.

Trebor Softmints (Mr. Soft)
Mr. Soft, won't you tell me why the world in which your living is so strange...
Oh, Mr. Soft, how come everything around is so soft and rearranged..
[narrator]
Bite through the shell of a trebor softmint and everything turns chewy and soft.
They're crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.

Dime bars are great!
I developed an addiction to them a while back. I ended up buying them by the box
