I'm having trouble getting online on the live chat even though i have the correct password and username tpyed in, help anyone!

 

I have exactly the same problem, I e-mailed 'chatmaster' but as yet have'nt recieved a response.

Yes,i seem to experience the exact as you with no reponse from chat master, maybe due to the vast amount of mail he /she has to read.Any news on how to sort this prob. out duSti let me know.

if you are you may have to tweak the firewall settings to get you through

I don't have a firewall so I'm not sure what the problem is.

 

I am not great on firewalls but found this when someone asked why they werent seeing picture when using personal Norton Firewall.

Maybe you need to add chat.scoobynet.co.uk as a website.

If you are on a works machine then the chances are you SHOULD be behind a firewall and will be done by the proxy server and you shouldnt be trying to get round it, I doubt they will be to chuffed if you do.

If you are on a home machine with no firewall software running then I dont know.
