Why do you need to change them????
Both front and rear are pretty easy to do, and easily in a day.

easy... undo hub nuts before lifting the car..

jack the car... knock out roll pin in the green part of the driveshaft.. split bottom ball joint... may need to unbolt antiroll bar drop link.. pull strut out of the way enough to release drive shaft.. then slide of splined shaft of gearbox..

refitting is the reverse of removal.. (replace lock nuts or dont forget to split pin them.. whatever is fitted..)

the standard uk ones dont seem to fit too well! have changed one of them which was starting to get a bit noisy and seemed to fit a lot more snug!
